    • Introduction
    •  Our solution for Sugarcane Bagasse Pellets production, based on the following initial requirements:
            - Particle Size : < 5mm
            - Moisture Content : 15%--20%
            - Suitable Raw Material : Sugarcane Bagasse

       Typical process flow – conversion of sugarcane bagasse into pellets:          
            A) Milling → B) Drying → C) Pelletizing → D) Cooling → E) Bagging

       The above process flow involves the following main machines:
            A) Shearing Type Hammer Mill : Cut and crush sugarcane bagasse into particle size.
            B) Rotary Dryer : Reduce the moisture of bagasse dust.
            C) Ring Die Pellet Mill : Make 6-8mm pellets.
            D) Cooler : Cool down hot pellets not higher than room temperature 3-5℃.
            E) Bagging Machine : Pack finished pellets into bags.

       The complete sugarcane bagasse pellet plant involves the following auxiliary machines:
            A) Belt & Screw Conveyor : Transport materials and connect different machines.
            B) Bucket Elevator : Lift materials to next process and save space for the plant.

       Remarks

          Depending on the different bagasse (form and moisture content), we will design the suitable solution to meet
          your different needs.
