    •  Our solution for Mushroom Residue Pellets production, based on the following initial requirements:
            - Particle Size : < 5mm
            - Moisture Content : 15%--20%
            - Suitable Raw Material : Mushroom Residue

       Typical process flow – conversion of mushroom residue into pellets:    
             A) Sifting → B) Drying → C) Pelletizing → D) Cooling → E) Bagging

       The above process flow involves the following main machines:
            A) Sifting Machine : Screen impurity from mushroom residue.
            B) Rotary Dryer : Reduce the moisture of mushroom residue.
            C) Ring Die Pellet Mill : Make 6-8mm pellets.
            D) Cooler : Cool down hot pellets not higher than room temperature 3-5℃.
            E) Bagging Machine : Pack finished pellets into bags.

       The complete mushroom residue pellet plant involves the following auxiliary machines:
            A) Belt & Screw Conveyor : Transport materials and connect different machines.
            B) Bucket Elevator : Lift materials to next process and save space for the plant.
